Silver Alert Issued For Missing Parkland Woman
The Pierce County Sheriff's Office issued the alert for Dixie Matthias, 77 who is suffering from severe dementia.
PARKLAND, WA - The Pierce County Sheriff's Office is asking residents to be on the lookout for Dixie Matthias, 77, who is pictured below. Matthias has severe dementia and has been missing from her Parkland area residence since 9:45 a.m. She was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, and a dark jacket and weighs roughly 140 lbs.
Police said she is believed to be driving a white 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible with a black top and a Washington license plate, DIXIEEZ. Anyone with information should call 911.
