Deployed Soldiers Give Shout-Out to Their Hometown

Just because she's in a different part of the world doesn't mean SPC Sylvia Turner can't send her season's greetings to her family and hometown church in Lakewood.

Turner is one of more than 100 soldiers from Washington state, many of whom are from the South Sound, who were allowed to record video messages for family through the Department of Defense.
