Woman Jumps From Overpass Onto I-5 Near Tumwater
The accident happened mid-day Wednesday and briefly caused delays along southbound I-5.

TUMWATER, WA - A 58-year-old woman from Olympia died after jumping off an overpass onto I-5 Wednesday afternoon, according to Washington State Patrol. The woman jumped from the Custer Way overpass onto the southbound lanes of I-5. She was hit by a car after jumping, police said.
The driver of the car that hit the woman, a 34-year-old man from Wenatchee, was not hurt during the crash.
