Workout Studio, Orangetheory Fitness, Opens at Coddingtown Mall
Coddingtown Mall recently welcomed Orangetheory Fitness to the shopping center as the workout studio's first location in Sonoma County.
Coddingtown Mall, a Simon® center, welcomed Orangetheory Fitness to the shopping center last month. With over 50 Orantheory Fitness studios located throughout California, this is the first to open in Sonoma County.
The studio now occupies a 3,400 square-foot location on the southwest corner of Coddingtown Mall, near JCPenny and Target. Orangetheory Fitness offers 60-minute workout sessions split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training with heart rate monitors to track intensity and maximize metabolic burn.
“We are thrilled to welcome Orangetheory Fitness to the center,” said Director of Marketing and Business Development Jimmy Scales. “Coddingtown Mall is already a popular shopping destination, but we are excited to introduce our first fitness studio to the mix of retailers.”

The Orangtheory workout is designed to increase energy, produce visible results and burn more calories, even after leaving the studio. It is where fitness meets science. The strategic mix of cardio and strength training creates "Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption," or EPOC, which is what burns calories after your workout and provides lasting results.
