Islander girls finish strong in the 6th Annual Spring Fling Basketball Tournament this past weekend.
Teams came from as far as Oregon and Canada to participate in the tournament held in gyms located in Mukilteo, Everett and Snohomish.
With 312 games played, 8 were decided in overtime and one in sudden death.

Congratulations to the 7th grade ECBA Thunder team, with Islanders Gracie Cannon and Aolani Calderon, for taking second place in the 7th Grade girls' silver bracket.
The 5th Grade ECBA Swish girls, with Islanders Emma Pfeiffer and Angelina Barokas, lost at the buzzer in overtime to claim 3rd place. Both ECBA teams are coached by Regi Raban.
