The is partnering with local chef Will Russell from Willard’s Kitchen to offer a 4 week Introduction to Cooking Class to high school students. In the month long class, participants can look forward to developing their basic cooking techniques and will even learn how to create a few healthy and delicious dishes from scratch, all under professional instruction!
Chef Willard Russell is a Mercer Island native and honed his skills at the Art Institute of Seattle and interned at El Gaucho Restaurant in Seattle. He now runs his own locally-based catering businesses.
