Back for its second consecutive summer, Eastside residents can take a shuttle to Woodland Park Zoo.
From June 23 through September 2, the Eastside shuttle will run between the Eastside and the zoo on Saturdays and Sundays every 45 minutes from 9:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Riders can hop on the shuttle at the east end of Crossroads mall at 15600 N.E. 8th St. in Bellevue.
Cost is $2 for each riders ages 13 and up; free for 12 and under. The executive mini coaches, provided by SP Plus Transportation, seat up to 25 people, hold up to eight car seats, and include compartments for strollers or luggage, so families can ride comfortably to the zoo.
