Mid-Century Modern prices have reached bottom and are starting back up.
It would appear that Mid-Century Modern and other Mercer Island home prices have reached bottom and are starting back up. This according to recent Case-Shiller Reports.
These many years I've been doing a number of Pre-Purchase Inspections for prospective homebuyers who want to know if the house they're considering is first of all- suitable for their family needs, has been well-maintained and is soundly constructed. I advise them as to possible Alterations and/or Additions.
If after the above Pre-Purchase Inspection, they decide to make an offer, it should read: Subject to the Approval of Jerry Gropp Architect AIA.
