Join Maria for this special Day of Mindfulness at The Salish Lodge & Spa at Snoqualmie Falls. On Sunday, November 3rd from 9:30am-5:30pm, set aside a day for yourself, to pause and breathe, to be quiet and move mindfully, to be more aware and awake in the present moment. This is a day just for you – to tune into your heart and to remember what is important.
Imagine yourself, relaxed and quiet, soaking up the refreshing sound of the Falls as you slow down and practice Mindfulness. This Day of Mindfulness is a time for you to return to peace, find steadiness, and cultivate contentment as you discover deeper internal connection. We will practice meditation and pranayama, learn a walking meditation, and share mindful asana practice. Our lunch will be a fresh, two-course "chef's choice" gourmet lunch. You will have 2 hours of free time to enjoy:
