College Admissions Summer Workshops

College Tours and Interviews:  Tricks of the Trade -  

A 90 minute presentation filled with information and strategies designed to help students gain confidence with the campus visit and admissions interview process.  Topics included in this workshop include: 

●The importance of tours and interviews                                 

●What to do after the visit

●What to do before you go                                             ●Interviewing tips and strategies

●The day of the visit                                                     ●Mock interviewing

“College admissions interviews carry significant weight and students must be able to thoughtfully answer questions, describe their experiences and highlight their strengths,” says Mackenzie Krause, Learning Center Manager for College Tutors.  “Students who prepare for interviews will feel less anxious and intimidated by the entire process. And of course, targeting the best-fit schools is key as well.” adds Krause.
