Learn to build poses and sustain your flow with strength and control emanating from the core. Explore what it 'really' means when we move from the core. We will find these muscles, strengthen them and practice using them to stabilize our movement. Transitions will become less wobbly, movement will be more efficient and balance will improve.
Combining the use of drishti (focus) with a stronger core, we increase the stability of our standing poses and deepen our internal stillness. A more powerful core allows back bending and forward folding with greater spinal integrity and less strain. Balance becomes less tricky and the elusive “ease and grace” we have heard of in yoga, becomes possible!
