This free event is open to all women interested in learning about self-defense in a non-threatening atmosphere. Teacher with 26 years experience will be discussing fundamental self-defense skills, including awareness, following your intuition, and some physical skills in case you need them. This class is perfect as an introduction to basic self-defense, and is especially suitable for soon-to-be college freshmen. No experience or athletic ability required.
