
This workshop is perfect for the beginner, or as a refresher for those who have been off the mat for awhile. This workshop is a basic Introduction to Sun Salutations and the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga. We will learn the foundational poses relevant to this practice while focusing on alignment, safety, core strength and modifications. This experience is intended to be fun and informative with time for demonstrations, Q&A, and practice.
