The Mercer Island Lions Club meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday evenings of the month, except for December and the summer months. The first meeting is a dinner meeting with a guest speaker at Aljoya, with a fee for dinner. The meeting on the third Tuesday includes a potluck dessert and is held at the Mercer Island Boys' and Girls' Club. Our primary fundraiser is the annual sale of Christmas trees at the Farmer's Insurance parking lot. The proceeds from this sale benefit a number of community services.
