This class is perfect for the student that has completed the intro series and/or those who attend power vinyasa classes, yet are hungry for more instruction and more challenging variations.
This workshop will open with the practice of Sun Salutations to warm the body and connect to the breath. New poses will be introduced by demonstration, step-by-step instruction, and time for Q & A.
We will re-learn chatarunga and upward facing dog. We will learn crow, standing half moon poses, dancer pose, flip dog, wheel and camel. We will explore arm binds to deepen the standing poses and twists.... maybe even try a tripod headstand! This experience is intended to be fun and interactive, as well as challenging.
