In this 3-session course, you will learn about yoga practices to understand, process, and lighten the darkness of “the blues”. Whether the blues is past or current, whether it is chronic depression, seasonal affective disorder, sadness or grief from loss or life changes, this class will take a deeper look at how you relate to the blues and what tools you can use for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Each class will include an introduction to yoga concepts, Q & A, flow and movement, breath practice, and yoga nidra (a guided restorative technique for deep relaxation). Everyone is welcome.
