Hopelink Farm-to-Table Dinner

Farm-to-Table Dinner in Carnation June 28

A world-class executive chef, a 5-course farm-fresh dinner, regional wine, live music, farm tours and the amazing outdoors are just some of the things that make the inaugural Hopelink Farm-to-Table Dinner an event not to be missed. Fresh, locally-grown food will be prepared onsite by Chef Brian Scheehser, from Trellis Restaurant in Kirkland. Each course will be accompanied by fine local wine and served in a luxurious setting on the farm, amid breath-taking scenery. The evening will include an opportunity to tour the farm and to learn about some of the amazing work that goes on at Oxbow, as well as live music and a silent auction.

The sumptuous menu includes such seasonal delights as Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with Mint Pesto, Foraged Salad Fresh from the Fields, Poached Alaskan Halibut with Lovage Herb Vinaigrette, and Berry Galette with Raspberry Sauce and Crème Anglaise.
