i-Meditate with Catherine De Marin

November is Meditation month at Yogabliss.

Meditation sounds wonderful and people who meditate seem so calm. I want to try it, but how do I get started?

"i-Meditate" is a 4-week series designed to help you start your meditation practice.

Each Sunday from 11:00-11:45am during November, Catherine will offer meditation instruction intended to help you commit to and begin your home practice. This course is cumulative with each week building on the information and experience of the previous week. There is no experience needed, you will be led through the process of gathering tools to begin your meditation practice

i-Meditate will provide you the following:
• information on the benefits of meditation
• sitting posture instruction
• basic meditation instruction
• how to set up your home practice
• weekly guidelines, readings, homework and suggestions for your daily meditation
• group guided meditation
• a safe place to learn about meditation, with time for Q & A
• meditation buddy option, for check in and encouragement
• drop-ins welcome but attendance of full series is encouraged

Catherine offers her teaching and guidance to us as Seva or personal service offering. We suggest a minimum donation of $45 (via cash or check) to support 350.org as payment for these teachings. May our increased mindfulness, raise our awareness of our impact on the world and it's environment.
