Our 5-Week Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga Series is the perfect place to begin your Vinyasa yoga practice or reawaken your existing practice.This 5-week series is taught progressively using demonstration and discussion to introduce the fundamentals of yoga while learning proper alignment, transitions and safe modifications. Class meet each Saturday from 11:30-1:00pm/No Class on July 5.
