Yoga for Young Athletes @ Yogabliss

Yoga will make you a better athlete, regardless of where you
begin. This specially designed yoga class will help increase your flexibility,
bring more balance to your workout regime and help reduce injuries. You will
learn poses to lengthen and stretch major muscle groups, practice deep core work,
and strengthen your mental focus. You will learn how to apply yoga to your
current workout routines.

Intended for all levels, ages 14 to 18.
