Since we’re still celebrating Fog-tober here in the greater Seattle area, getting outdoors and exercising may have been more difficult. If you’d like to watch what you eat this Fall by trying some delicious, healthy recipes from local blogs, ActivelyNorthwest featured a few local foodie bloggers a few months ago. PCC’s website features an awesome recipe section and they offer cooking classes. Over at Whole Foods’ website, there’s a comprehensive Healthy Eating area with kid friendly recipes, and links to discussions regarding special diets. Bon Appétit!
