New listings in the columns compared to months’ of inventory in the line. Think it's interesting that month’s of inventory spiked in January. More listings and the buyers weren’t hunting yet. But, in February, MoI plummeted below 3 months. In the last 12 moths, MoI has never been above 5; a seller’s market. Six months MoI is a balanced market between buyer & seller.
