MICEC Holiday Closures & Reduced Operating Hours

The MICEC will adjust normal operating hours for annual maintenance in December. Read on for more information!

The Mercer Island Community and Event Center (MICEC) will adjust its normal operating hours for annual maintenance as follows:

· Monday, December 22 through Friday, December 26: CLOSED

· Saturday, December 27: Open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

· Sunday, December 28: Open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

· Monday, December 29 and Tuesday, December 30: Open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

· Wednesday, December 31: Open from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

· Thursday, January 1: CLOSED

· Friday, January 2 and Saturday, January 3: Open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

· Sunday, January 4: Open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

· Monday, January 5: Resume normal operating hours.

The Fitness Room is available for use beginning Monday, December 29, while the facility is open. The Game Room and Landing area are available for use while the facility is open. No programs are offered during this time. Rental rooms and the Gymnasium will also be closed during this time.

The Mercer Island Community and Event Center, also known as “The MICEC”, is located at 8236 SE 24th Street on Mercer Island, Washington with standard operating hours Monday through Thursday, from 7:00am to 9:00pm, Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday, from 8:00am to 9:00pm, and Sunday, from 11:00am to 5:00pm. The MICEC is a modern facility that features the Mercer Room - a 3,335 square foot banquet room, five individual meeting rooms that each accommodate approximately 50 guests, a full-size gymnasium, dance room and fitness center.
