MISC G11 Fusion Update

The Mercer Island Girls U11 Fusion made it to the finals of the Sky River soccer tournament in Monroe, WA over the 8/23-25 weekend.

They are a first-year team, and they have been steadily improving over the three tournaments they played this summer. 

They were pleased to see that the week of “boot camp” just prior to the tournament paid off with such a good showing.  They lost in the finals to the Blue Angels.  They look forward to starting league play in the North Puget Sound League on 9/7.
