This time it’s from the National Association of Realtors economist, Lawrence Yun (yes, we have our own economist). In this video, he discusses the market at the start of 2014, the continuing credit crunch due to tight underwriting standards and the quality of mortgage credit, among other things. This information is a lot more general than my usual focus, but Mr. Yun is always worth a listen. The video was released just last week, on 12/30/2013.
