Clinical and research psychologist, Dr. Dan Kindlon will discuss how material and emotional indulgence of children leads to young adults who are at risk for self-absorption, depression, anxiety and lack of self control. Learn how to teach children how to engage in rewarding activity, become emotionally mature and develop a sense of self worth. By identifying and avoiding the 7 syndromes of indulgence, parents can help their children build character and develop an inner moral compass.
