Sold!

Last week, I closed sales for the buyer on two properties located on the Hood Canal and Dabob Bay, about two hours from Seattle. One parcel is buildable land was vacant and adjacent to the second parcel, which includes a home built in 1997. Both parcels are very private, with no neighbors and spectacular views. They are accessed via a private road. This is the perfect location for a secluded vacation or for a hideaway. The site features 1.53 acres and 196+ feet of gorgeous waterfront, with a boat launch and moorage. What a place for a retreat! The property is surrounded by State lands and near the Olympic National Park. The area features beautiful walking and hiking trails, waterfalls, oystering, crabbing, shrimping, slamming, and fishing.

I worked with my clients for several months to discover these properties, investigate them, and conduct months of due diligence work and feasibility studies. Through intense negotiations, the sale was successfully concluded on January 31, 2014. This transaction required a large investment of time, but my clients are thrilled with this purchase -- and that is what matters to me. Let me help you find the perfect vacation/retreat home!
