Learn the basics of Swing Dancing or just practice and perfect your technique! Gain confidence in the art of social couple dancing while meeting up with old friends and making new ones. Come join in this fun & versatile dance and we'll get you dancing before you know it! Wear casual clothing and comfortable, smooth-soled shoes. A dance partner is not needed but encouraged. Meet David and Bridget, your dance instructors. David, a senior in college, won 1st Place in his college Swing dance competition last year. He has danced for about 5 years. Bridget, a local Islander and junior in college, won multiple Swing Dance competitions in the past 7 years in addition to winning 1st Place in her college Waltz competition last year.
