The RIDE! ~ Indoor cycling and strength training.

Indoor Cycling and Strength Training at its best!  Join us for 15 Sundays full of sweat, strength and inspiration.  
We will spend 90 minutes in the saddle then follow it up with 30 minutes of cycling and triathlon specific strength training.  Finally, we wrap it all up with a few minutes of  rejuvenating stretching and lengthening to get you out the door feeling like a rock star!
You are welcome to ride one of our 24 LeMond Revmaster cycles (come early, they sell out!) or bring your own bike and indoor trainer.  Either way, please remember to bring your tennis shoes for the strength portion of class, plenty of water and little nutrition.
Be prepared to work harder than you ever thought you could, to bust through your pre-conceived physical barriers, and to come out the other side with a new sense of self.  Bring it!
