I will never recommend this place for anybody to live and I know a lot of military people looking for homes and places to rent. The very first night we were there, I washed a load of clothes and the washer started flooding our apartment and the neighbors underneath us. We were awoken by maintenance knocking at the door at midnight to fix it. Would have been nice if it was hooked up right in the first place. They have some kids doing the maintenance and none of them know what they are doing because they later replaced a door knob on our door because the original one broke our door frame. They then replaced it with a new one and that one just completely fell of the door! How hard is it to replace a door knob? We had no way of locking our apartment for at least two weeks.
When it was time for us to move out (THANK THE LORD), they tried to charge us for every little thing they could including new carpet. Which is ridiculous because the carpet when we left was cleaner than when we arrived there (we had it professionally cleaned)! They also accused me of having pets in my apartment, and I don't even have a pet!! DO NOT RENT HERE!
