Officers were called to the home for a welfare check on the children. The father was loading the kids (9 and 4) and bags in the car when we arrived. Kids were not in eminent danger and appeared clean and fed. The father disclosed he and mom both have opiate addictions. The female left with her family planning to get treatment, but called the male to warn him her family called PD regarding the children which was why he was leaving. The male voluntarily led Officers through the house. There were well over 100 marijuana plants, lights, and growing material consuming every room in the house beside the living room and 1 bathroom. There were not any sleeping arrangements for the kids with the only space being possibly on the living room floor. The male called his parents to get the kids.
