Bike Thefts, An ER Bathroom Bandit: Puyallup Police Blotter

PUYALLUP, WA - Puyallup police released the latest edition of its police blotter Sunday night. The incidents include the theft of two pricey bikes, a mail theft, and a Kia theft.
Burglary
1700 blk 9th Ave. SE
Between 1400 hours yesterday and 0800 hours today two Diadora bicycles were stolen from a fenced backyard. The victim believes a specific person stole them because one of her bikes were stolen in the past and the male “just happened” to know where it was. The bikes were entered as stolen.
Burglary
1500 blk S Meridian
Between about 0550 and 0650 hours a rear door was opened by unknown means, the alarm system was damaged, and power tools were stolen.

Stolen Vehicle
100 blk Valley AVE NE
Between 8/1/17 and today a black 2016 Kia Forte was stolen.
Malicious Mischief and Possible Mail Theft
1800 blk 12th St. NW
Overnight a locking mailbox was damaged and mail was likely stolen.

Assault/Disorderly
1900 blk E. Main
A male was called in as a disorderly inside the bar. While getting him to leave; we were approached by a male victim who said the male suspect slapped him across the face causing a busted lip. The suspect was located on the side of the building urinating, refused to cooperate with the investigation, and was arrested.
Criminal Trespass
400 blk 15th Ave Se
A male was called in by security as being in the ER restrooms for over an hour and refusing to come out. When contacted by police; he still refused to exit. Entry was obtained and the male was still uncooperative. He was placed under arrest and booked. He had also fled from WalMart loss prevention earlier in the night after stealing a beer. He was also charged with the theft. One heck of a Saturday night for this guy!
