Fire Hits Downtown Puyallup Restaurant
The fire broke out before noon Sunday along South Meridian Street at the Meridian Cafe.

PUYALLUP, WA - Firefighters were responding to a blaze in a commercial building downtown Sunday morning. The fire was located along the 200 block of South Meridian, firefighters reported. Streets in the downtown area were blocked and transit was rerouted.
Firefighters reported the blaze broke out at the Meridian Cafe, a popular breakfast and brunch spot.
