Dog Walk Goes Insanely Wrong For South Hill Man
Stripped down to his underwear and wearing a crown of twigs, this local man was just trying to walk his dog.

MCMILLIN, WA - This man's dog may never want to go for a walk again.
The 32-year-old man took his small dog out for a walk just before 6 a.m. last week. But somewhere along the way, the walk went off the rails.
First, drivers began calling 911 to report a man wearing only underwear and a crown of twigs shouting at cars near the intersection of Military Road and SR 162 south of Bonney Lake. The man was also flagellating himself with sticks, according to police.

They hit him with a shot from a Tazer. The man started to get up, but deputies threatened another shot from the Tazer, so he submitted and allowed the cops to handcuff him.
"What just happened?" the crazed man asked police, suddenly snapping out of his mania. The man answered his own question, telling deputies he had a bad reaction to a combination of methamphetamine and heroin.
He was taken to jail on charges of resisting arrest and assault. His dog, Sophie, was taken by Pierce County Animal Control.
