Downtown Puyallup Groper Accosts Women: Police
The man grabbed at least two women on Monday in the downtown area, according to police.

PUYALLUP, WA - A lone man groped at least two women in the downtown Puyallup area on Monday, police are reporting. Both incidents happened between Meridian and 2nd Avenue Northeast, and one of the victims was a 71-year-old woman.
The first incident happened along the 800 block of 2nd Avenue close to 3:30 p.m. A woman told police that a man with short brown hair wearing black rim glasses, a gray T-shirt, and carrying a football grabbed her buttocks. The suspect then ran away.
Near 5 p.m., the suspect appeared along the 100 block of East Stewart and grabbed a 71-year-old woman. Instead of running, the suspect waited a round and threatened the victim.

"This time he stayed around and mocked the female and threatened to grab her again. He left after she said she was going to call the police," police wrote in the blotter.
