Driver Who Killed Bicyclist Near Milton On The Loose: Police
A 29-year-old bicyclist died early Wednesday morning after he was hit riding along SR 161 north of Edgewood.
MILTON, WA - The driver who hit and killed a 29-year-old man along SR 161 early Wednesday morning is on the loose, and Washington State Patrol detectives are looking for information about the incident.
The collision happened around 2 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 161 and Military Road. Ryan B. Joe, 29, was riding southbound when he was hit. Detectives believe he was already off the bike when he was run over. A tow truck also driving southbound later ran over Joe's bike, but Joe's body was in a different area.
The tow truck driver called police after discovering Joe's body.

WSP Det. Victoria Mauro is investigating the incident as felony hit-and-run. Police are asking anyone with information to contact Mauro at (425) 401-7746 or by emailing victoria.mauro@wsp.wa.gov.
