Fatal Crash Blocking Major Roadway Near Puyallup
Police say that the area where the accident occurred could be blocked for several hours.

FIFE, WA - A fatal crash in Fife may impact traffic in the Puyallup and Sumner areas this afternoon.
Around 2 p.m. Monday, Fife police reported a fatal accident along 70th Avenue East. The crash is blocking a stretch of road between Valley Avenue East and 26th Street East.
Fife police reported that "traffic will be severely impacted for next several hours."

Fife police reported that a speeding - and possibly impaired - driver plowed into the back of a car after changing lanes, which caused a chain reaction crash. The driver of the first vehicle that was hit died in the accident. The driver of the second vehicle that was hit suffered injuries.
