Fire Devastates Puyallup Dental Building: Video

The fire broke out around 9 p.m. Sunday at an office along 39th Avenue Southwest.

PUYALLUP, WA - A massive fire destroyed a dental office in Puyallup Sunday night. It took firefighters more than two hours just to get the blaze under control.

Around 9 p.m., firefighters responded to an orthodontics office near the corner of 39th Avenue Southwest and 94th Avenue East. Firefighters at first entered the building, but had to back out due to the intensity of the fire. However, no one was injured during the fire.

Around 11:30 p.m., Central Pierce Fire reported that the blaze was under control, but that firefighters would be on scene overnight to watch for flare-ups.
