Free Slurpees From Puyallup Police At City Parks Thursday
Puyallup police will be handing out free Slurpee coupons at city parks Thursday.

PUYALLUP, WA - Puyallup police are holding a special operation Thursday in the hopes that they can cool down city residents. How? During "Operation Chill" officers will be handing out free coupons for Slurpee drinks from 7-Eleven.
The giveaway begins Thursday at 2 p.m. at three city parks: Pioneer, Bradley Lake, and Grayland. The officers will be giving out coupons until they run out.
Temperatures are supposed to hit about 90 degrees Thursday - ironically, smoke from wildfires in the region will prevent the near-100 degree temperatures predicted earlier this week.
