Gov. Inslee Orders Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of Boston Victims

Gov. Jay Inslee has directed that flags at all Washington State agency facilities be lowered to half-staff beginning today, April 16, 2013, as per President Obama’s proclamation as a mark of respect for the victims of yesterday’s tragic events in Boston.

Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset/close of business on Saturday, April 20.

Other government entities, citizens and businesses are encouraged to join this recognition.
