Police are asking local residents to check home security cameras for images of Aaleeyah Shellman.

FREDERICKSON, WA - A 14-year-old Spanaway Lake High School student is missing, but police believe she may have run away from home.
Aaleeyah Shellman was last seen Sunday evening near her grandparents' house in Frederickson located along the 5300 block of 170th Street East. Shellman went for a walk around 4:30 p.m. to take a break from a stressful school project, her grandmother told police.
She has not been seen since that time. Police interviewed Shellman's peers and family on Monday and concluded she likely ran away. Police are urging Shellman to contact her family.
