Level 3 Sex Offender Moves To Puyallup: Police

Police notified residents Friday that Aaron Thomsen, 30, has relocated to a home along West Pioneer Way.

PUYALLUP, WA - Puyallup police on Friday alerted residents that a level 3 sex offender has relocated in the city. Aaron Thomsen, 30, pleaded guilty in 2011 to sexually assaulting two young girls. He has relocated to a home along the 2200 block of West Pioneer Way, according to police.

Police are issuing the notification for educational purposes. Thomsen is not wanted and has served time in prison for the sex offenses.

According to police, Thomsen, also known as Aaron Dancer, molested an 8-year-old girl in either 2000 or 2001 when he was 13. Years later, he molested a 14-year-old girl when he was 23. He pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree child molestation and first-degree child molestation.
