Man 'Rubbing Himself' At Puyallup Library Has Excuse: Police

Even though the 43-year-old's excuse for his behavior made sense, police still kicked him out of the library.

PUYALLUP, WA - A 43-year-old man was kicked out of a Puyallup library after staff saw him "rubbing himself." The man actually had a plausible excuse, but Puyallup police didn't take any chances, according to the police blotter.

The man told police he had a rash on his upper thighs, and so was scratching the area for relief. Police said that they pointed him in the direction of a local drug store in case he wanted to get treatment for his "rash."
