Manager of the Liberty Theater passes....

Ronald Gallucci, The Liberty Theater manager (as well as founder of Gallucci's Catering) died at his home in Lake Tapps on Monday due to recently discovered health related issues. He was 49.

Ron was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington and began his
adventure with The Liberty Theater in early 2012. His journey with food began as part of the opening crew of two of Tacoma's most popular restaurants, The Lobster Shop, and Stanley and Seafort's. In 1986, he opened his first deli, Gallucci's Deli, which was billed Tacoma's premier delicatessen. Eventually, Ron focused his efforts on catering to become one of the greater Tacoma area's catering giants. He was a leader in the industry and often paved the way for others.

Being the forward thinker that he was, Ron built a company of sustainability with his wife and co-owner, Treia, at his side. The Liberty Theater, as well as Gallucci's Catering, looks forward to fulfilling all contractual obligations as well as booking future events.

Ron Gallucci was a loving husband to Treia Gallucci and dedicated father to Jacob, Skylar, and Zachary Gallucci. He leaves behind a multitude of family and friends. While the outpouring of support from the community is greatly appreciated and recognized, we do ask that the family's privacy is respected during this difficult time.
