Pierce County Deputy Hit After Truck Runs Stop Sign: Sheriff's Office
A Pierce County deputy was involved in a car accident Wednesday morning near Graham.
GRAHAM, WA - A Pierce County Sheriff's deputy was seriously injured in a car accident Wednesday along Orting Kapowsin Highway after a truck apparently ran a stop sign.
The deputy has been taken to a local trauma center in serious condition. The Pierce County Sheriff's office reported that a delivery truck ran a stop sign, crossing in front of the deputy's SUV.
