Puyallup Cop Punched In Dispute At Bar Over Unpaid Tab
The suspect allegedly refused to pay his tab. When police arrived, the suspect punched one of the officers.

PUYALLUP, WA - A local man became the personification of "drunk and disorderly" over the weekend. The man was drinking at a restaurant downtown along East Main Avenue, and after finishing, refused to pay his tab. Police arrived and kicked the man out of the restaurant.
But that wasn't the end of it. The man decided to go back into the restaurant and, again, not pay his tab.
When several Puyallup officers returned to remove him, he started fighting with them, and punched one in the face. Police deployed a Taser to subdue him, and the suspect had to be taken to Good Samaritan for treatment of minor injuries. The officers involved in the fight were also injured.
