Facing a belligerent drunk, a group of diners at the Puyallup Denny's banded together to protect their Sunday morning breakfast.

PUYALLUP, WA - If there's one thing you should know about Puyallup, it's that you should never, ever mess with breakfast.

A belligerent drunk man found that out the hard way after a group of Denny's patrons on Sunday morning banded together to eject and block him from the restaurant.

According to Puyallup police, the man was at the Denny's eating with his sister around 10:15 a.m. The man was apparently already drunk, but was also having some wine with breakfast. As things go with alcohol, the man eventually started fighting with his sister, and then started fighting with the employees. He started swearing and throwing things, police said.
