Puyallup Home 'A Total Loss' After Fire
The fire broke out Wednesday night west of the downtown area, and the homeowner has been taken into custody.

PUYALLUP, WA - A fire destroyed a home Wednesday night on the west side of Puyallup, and the owner of the home was taken into custody following the fire, according to reports. The fire was first reported by Riverside firefighters shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The fire was located along the 5900 block of 66th Avenue East, which is just north of where Stewart turns into 66th. According to KOMO News, the homeowner was taken into custody after the fire and was being evaluated for mental health issues.
Riverside firefighters said that the home was "a total loss."
