Puyallup Motorcyclist, Passenger Flip Over Guardrail In Kitsap County
The accident happened around 9 a.m. Tuesday near Port Orchard, according to Washington State Patrol.

PORT ORCHARD, WA - A motorcyclist from Puyallup was injured Tuesday morning after losing control of his motorcycle near Port Orchard. The motorcyclist and his passenger went off the road and flipped over a guardrail, according to Washington State Patrol.
David Rhinehart, 39, was driving westbound along SR 16 near Port Orchard at around 9 a.m. Tuesday when he began losing control of his motorcycle, according to Washington State Patrol. Rhinehart tried to pull off to the shoulder, but ended up flipping over the guardrail. His passenger, Dean Schulgen, 56, of Port Orchard, was also ejected from the bike, according to state police.
Schulgen was not injured, but Rhinehart was taken to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Gig Harbor.
