This week at the Orting Valley Farmers' Market

This Friday, from 3-7 pm, you will be able to bring the whole family to learn about Blacksmithing!   This local blacksmith not only still shoes horses, he is also creative with his skills in his spare time.    Some consider this a dying art, but with people like Chris still working at it, we will not lose the skill of blacksmithing anytime soon!

Also at the market this week- Fresh Blueberries are coming on as are the cherries!   A great time of the year for fruits and berries, it's also the right time of the year to consider canning the extras. We have tips and sessions on food preservation throughout the season- check our facebook page for dates and times.

Farm fresh produce, eggs, honey, plants and baskets, planters and yard art, beautiful jewelry, photography, and a variety of other wonderfully handcrafted items are also available.

Plan to attend each Friday
